代寄海外商品,顧客訂購完成時,即視為已知悉以下相關事宜與潛在風險,並同意牧田MU10依照訂購內容,進行發貨代寄作業。

訂購牧田MU10官網商品,寄送至海外國家,為【代寄服務】意即:
Order goods on the official website of MU10 and send them to overseas countries, which means "delivery on demand". That means condition below.

 

-顧客訂購海外代寄商品,為我們應顧客要求,將訂購之商品,代顧客交付國際物流服務業者遞送。訂單金額為商品之台灣售價加上預估國際運費。此代寄服務無另外收取費用。
When customers order overseas goods, we will deliver the ordered goods to the international logistics service provider on behalf of the customer at the request of the customer. The order amount is the Taiwan selling price of the product plus the estimated international shipping fee. There is no additional charge for this delivery on demand.

 

-用白話文來說就是,牧田MU10應訂購客戶要求,將訂購之商品,以您的名義寄出予海外國家之收件人。

-商品抵達各國海關,若產生該國家之關稅等相關費用,循國際貿易實務慣例,皆指定由收件人支付。

-若遇海關留置查驗情況,訂購人須配合回覆查驗要求,牧田MU10亦應協助回覆查驗要求。

-各國海關對於包裹商品內容,所認定的通關放行標準不盡相同,包裹通關放行與否,由各國海關之判定結果為準。若有商品遭海關沒收、留置、銷毀等情況,相關衍生費用與商品損失,須由訂購人承擔。訂購人應充分了解寄送國之相關入境限制與規定。

包裹簽收注意事項

-收件人簽收包裹時, 應詳實核對物流配送文件上載明的重量、數量、品項等資訊。一旦完成簽收,收件人即已具備包裹之所有管理權。

-送貨簽收時,若遇包裹重量與物流配送文件載明之資訊不符,建議您,暫緩簽收此包裹。請物流業者暫緩配送,並盡速與牧田MU10客服聯繫,好讓我們協助您釐清狀況與協助處理。
When signing for delivery, if the weight of the package does not match the information contained in the logistics and distribution documents, we recommend that you postpone signing for the package. -簽收包裹後,若遇內容商品有破損、短少、不符等情況,請盡量將爭議情況完整拍照或錄影,並盡速向牧田MU10客服反映尋求處理。
After signing for the package, if the content of the product is damaged, short, or inconsistent, please try to take a complete picture or video of the dispute, and report to MU10 customer service as soon as possible for processing.

 

-若包裹內容物短少,疑似遭竊所致,請盡速向牧田MU10客服反映尋求協助處理。須特別說明,由於包裹已於簽收狀態,法律上所有權已為收件人,相關後續的調查申請動作,需請收件人協助配合,向相關單位提出調查要求。

Q.為什麼可以寄海外?
A.家人朋友可以寄包裹給您,當然我們也可以提供【無償代寄服務】。
各國對於商業目的的商品進口各有規範,同時,各國海關對於自用目的之小批量入口,亦有通關放行的判斷權力。這是我們提供海外代寄服務的基礎。
再次說明,放行與否的最終決定權,是在各國海關。我們代寄跟由親友寄送,在各國海關查驗放行與否的機會,是一樣的。

 

Q.. 可以請家人寄給我嗎?
A.  當然可以。我們代寄跟由親友寄送,在各國海關查驗放行與否的機會,基本上是一樣的。再次說明,放行與否的最終決定權,是在各國海關。

 

Q.會被海關沒收嗎?
A. 即便各國海關查驗的標準不同,即便某些國家法規較明確,我們還是必須說明,一定存在這樣的可能性。我們也絕對不會宣稱可能性為零。
實務經驗上,在自用目的前提下,通關放行的比例,遠大於被沒收的機率,但,仍無法保證為零。

 

Q. 如何減少商品被沒收的機率?
A. 誠實清楚,是最佳策略。
由於各國的入口管制規定不盡相同,基於對各國入口規定的理解,以及累積的相關經驗,我們建議:
-誠實說明商品內容及進口目的。
-詳實提交收件人資訊,強烈建議實名制(因應各國海關陸續施行實名制審驗)。
--選購入口國常態允許通關的商品。就以美國為例,水產品類的商品(例如:FishLuLu露露魚淬鱸魚精),通關機率就會更高。

Q.我可以要求將包裹商品內容寫為其他東西嗎?
A. 不行。我們也不願意。原因是,我們必須保護你我雙方。如果包裹內容涉及謊報,就可能被認定為走私行為,就不是沒收商品這麼簡單。

 

Q. 如果被沒收怎麼辦?
A. 請與我們聯絡。海關沒收或者留滯退回等情況,應會有正式的處置通知文件。若遇到此狀況,建議您與客服聯繫,盡可能詳細描述包裹情況,讓我們來協助您處理後續。
